User journey
What does the visitor need to know first, and in what order? The page structure must follow the visitor's natural questions, not the business owner's view of their own business.

CTA placement
Is the primary CTA visible above the fold on mobile? A call to action that requires scrolling loses a percentage of visitors before they find it.
STEP 04
Mobile flow
Does the mobile experience make it easy to tap, read, and contact? Mobile-first is not an option in the Pakistani market, it is the requirement.

Is this a coding course?
No. This is a website planning, build execution, and conversion thinking course. You learn WordPress-first build, landing pages, mobile-first UX, lead capture, and handover. Basic HTML/CSS literacy is taught only where it helps you make better decisions and communicate with developers, not as a full coding skill.
Will I learn WordPress?
Yes. WordPress is the primary build tool. Modules 3 and 4 cover WordPress setup, Elementor page builder, theme and plugin configuration, homepage build, services, about, contact pages, and full mobile optimisation. You leave having built a complete responsive website.
Will I learn Webflow or Shopify?
Both are introduced for awareness and exposure, not as the primary build focus. Module 8 covers Shopify ecommerce awareness so you understand product page thinking and conversion logic for online stores. Module 9 gives you Webflow exposure so you understand when it is the right tool for a client. WordPress remains the primary tool throughout the course.
Do I need to know coding before joining?
No. Zero coding knowledge is required. The course starts with planning logic and conversion thinking in Module 0, before any tool is introduced. Basic HTML/CSS literacy is taught during the WordPress foundation module as a decision-making skill, not as a prerequisite.
Will I build a full website?
Yes. By Session 28, you will have a complete live or staging responsive website for your imaginary business: homepage, services, about, and contact pages, all built in WordPress with Elementor, fully mobile-tested, and presented as a client-ready deliverable.
Will I build a landing page?
Yes. Module 5 is dedicated to landing page design and build across 3 sessions: one clear offer, no navigation distractions, proof section, objection handling, and a CTA that works on mobile. The landing page is built to connect with a performance marketing campaign, which is what makes it a real business deliverable.
Will I learn mobile-first design?
Yes. Mobile-first thinking is a core principle throughout the course, not an afterthought. Module 2 covers mobile-first UX as a dedicated topic. Every build in Modules 3, 4, and 5 is tested on mobile before it is considered complete. The Pakistani market is predominantly mobile, and this course treats it that way.
Will I learn forms and WhatsApp lead capture?
Yes. Module 6 is entirely dedicated to forms, WhatsApp integration, click-to-chat links, and floating WhatsApp buttons. Every form and WhatsApp contact path is tested on a real mobile device before Pitch 3. You will leave knowing how to set up every conversion path a small Pakistani business needs.
What will I leave with?
A complete website portfolio including: Website Brief, Sitemap, User Journey Map, Homepage Wireframe, a full responsive WordPress Website, a Campaign Landing Page, a Lead Capture and WhatsApp flow, and QA plus Handover Documents. Every piece reviewed by agency instructors before the final presentation.
Will I work on real business projects?
All deliverables are built for your imaginary business, which ensures you make every page decision yourself and own a complete portfolio. Top performers from the final portfolio presentation may be considered for real client project team opportunities at Zap Media.
