Overview & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in any course, workshop, admission activity, or training programme offered by Zap Hunar, an agency-supervised digital skills training academy located in Bahria Town Karachi.
By submitting an application, confirming a seat, making a payment, attending a session, joining a workshop, or participating in any Zap Hunar training activity, you agree to these terms.
If you have questions, contact Zap Hunar Admissions on WhatsApp before making any payment.
Enrolment & Seat Confirmation
Submitting an application form does not automatically confirm your seat. It starts the admissions process.
Your seat is considered confirmed only when:
- Zap Hunar Admissions has contacted you through WhatsApp or another official channel
- You have selected one course for Batch 01
- You have paid the required seat confirmation amount or first instalment
- You have received written confirmation from Zap Hunar Admissions
Seats are limited and are confirmed based on completed admissions steps and payment confirmation. Zap Hunar may decline an application if the course is full, if the applicant is not suitable for the batch, or if admission requirements are not completed.
Fees & Payment Plans
For Batch 01, each course follows the fee structure communicated by Zap Hunar Admissions. Public fee information may include:
- Monthly plan: Rs 10,000 per month for 3 months
- Full payment option: Rs 27,000 upfront when offered as a discounted full-payment option
- Seat confirmation: payment is required before the seat is locked
Accepted payment methods may include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or walk-in payment at the academy. Exact payment details should always be confirmed through Zap Hunar Admissions before sending money.
Monthly instalments must be paid on time. Late payment may result in temporary suspension from classes, removal from class groups, or seat cancellation if the payment remains unresolved.
Refund Policy
Zap Hunar wants applicants to make a confident decision before continuing with the full batch.
- If a refund policy is offered for a batch, the exact refund window and conditions will be communicated by Zap Hunar Admissions
- Refund requests must be submitted through WhatsApp Admissions or the official contact channel
- Refunds are not available after the communicated refund window has ended
- Refunds are not available if a trainee is removed due to misconduct, misuse of academy materials, or violation of these terms
Approved refunds are processed after internal verification of payment records. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
Attendance Policy
Zap Hunar is a practical, instructor-led, agency-supervised training academy. Attendance matters because trainees work through live exercises, worksheets, feedback rounds, and supervised project workflows.
- Trainees are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time
- Missed classes may affect learning, project participation, and completion status
- Repeated absence without communication may affect continued enrolment
- Make-up classes, recordings, or alternate support are not guaranteed unless specifically offered
Bringing a laptop to class may be helpful, but it is not always required for every session. Practice at home may require access to your own computer, internet, software, or tools depending on the course.
Code of Conduct
Zap Hunar maintains a respectful, professional, and practical learning environment. Every trainee is expected to behave responsibly inside the academy, in class groups, during project work, and while communicating with instructors, admissions staff, peers, or SME partners.
- Respect instructors, team members, academy staff, and SME partner businesses
- Do not harass, abuse, threaten, insult, or discriminate against anyone
- Do not plagiarise, fake work, misrepresent AI-generated work, or claim someone else’s work as your own
- Do not misuse academy materials, recordings, worksheets, templates, or internal documents
- Do not share confidential partner business information without permission
- Follow instructor review, revision, and approval processes before any work is treated as complete
Zap Hunar may remove a trainee from the programme for serious or repeated misconduct. Removal due to misconduct does not guarantee any refund.
Supervised Business Projects
Zap Hunar’s practical model includes supervised business or SME project workflows. These projects are part of the learning system and are reviewed by instructors and Zap Media supervisors before any work is shared externally.
- Every enrolled trainee may be assigned project work as part of the academy structure
- Project teams may include trainees from different courses
- No trainee work goes live without review and approval
- Partner business information must be treated as confidential
- Zap Hunar does not guarantee business results for any SME partner or client
Supervised project work is designed for learning, portfolio development, feedback practice, and agency-style teamwork.
Portfolio & Intellectual Property
Work created by a trainee during the course may be used as portfolio evidence, provided it does not reveal confidential information, violate client ownership, or misrepresent the context of the work.
- Personal practice work and course exercises may be included in a trainee portfolio
- SME partner work may require permission before public posting or portfolio use
- Zap Hunar and Zap Media may review, guide, approve, reject, or request revision of project outputs before external use
- Zap Hunar course materials, worksheets, templates, systems, and instructional content belong to Zap Hunar / Zap Media and may not be copied, sold, redistributed, or republished without permission
Internship Consideration
Completing a Zap Hunar course does not guarantee a job, paid work, client work, freelance income, or internship.
Best-performing trainees may be considered for internship opportunities at Zap Media Private Limited based on attendance, attitude, work quality, feedback response, portfolio standard, instructor review, and business need.
Any internship opportunity, if offered, will be communicated separately and may require a separate interview, review, agreement, or onboarding process.
Batch Cancellation or Postponement
Zap Hunar may postpone, reschedule, merge, or cancel a batch, course, workshop, session, or project activity due to operational needs, instructor availability, low enrolment, facility issues, public holidays, emergencies, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- If a batch is postponed, trainees may be offered the revised schedule
- If a course is cancelled before it begins, paid trainees may be offered transfer to another course, transfer to a future batch, or refund according to the communicated policy
- Zap Hunar is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, missed work, personal purchases, or third-party software expenses
Limitation of Liability
Zap Hunar provides practical training, guided instruction, worksheets, review, and supervised project experience. It does not guarantee employment, income, client acquisition, freelance results, business results, grades, platform performance, or internship placement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zap Hunar and Zap Media Private Limited are not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, third-party platform issues, software changes, personal device issues, or business outcomes resulting from use of the training.
Any dispute should first be raised with Zap Hunar Admissions or management so it can be reviewed and resolved in good faith.
